Design a portal where brand partners can create and schedule paid campaigns directly on Raise.com.

Research, interviews, site architecture, wires, UX/UI, copywriting.
TIMELINE: 4 SPRINTS
PROCESS
Work alongside Senior PM to research existing campaign tools (Facebook, google) and create a product that could integrate with Raise.com. Team stands were held everyday for 8 weeks as well as bi-weekly reviews with stakeholders and front-end/back-end development to ensure our product was on track for delivery.

RESEARCH
This was a product that was incredibly involved and something my PM and I had zero first-hand experience with, so we reached out to affiliate managers at Raise and other companies to take us through the products that they liked most for campaign creation. We learned what worked, what pain points they ran into and features they found most useful. This helped us take our first round of wireframes and turn them into something viable.

CONCEPTS
The merchant portal went through several rounds of iterations, all having their own strengths, some of which are slated to be upcoming feature updates. Our final version was one that could provide the very basic functions of campaign creation, align with stakeholder requirements and be launched on time.

DESIGN SYSTEM + BRANDING
The product needed to be under the Raise umbrella so our design system was already designed in theory. But as this was a new product I chose to update, add and modernize some of the existing components.
